Buy The Ultimate Collector’s Superman Box set:

At first glance it does seem a little on the pricey side when you compare it to the more basic superman box set, which just includes the theatrical versions of movies Superman 1 to 4, but the Ultimate Collector’s edition is worth it. This box set includes: Superman: The movie/ Superman: The movie, extended addition/ Superman II/ Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut/ Superman III/ Superman IV: The Quest for Peace/Superman returns. Some might not initially be interested in seeing alternate versions of the same movie, but for those who have fallen in love with the superman story, you will greatly enjoy seeing the extra references and the different viewpoints of the various directors that worked on the movie. Plus with the seven extra discs filled with interviews, auditions, episodes of the various superman series and 'making of' documentaries you will be enthralled by the magic of superman for many many many hours.If this all sounds too overwhelming, I still strongly suggest the Superman Movies. They are not only part of our culture, but such great movies all together. It has been a while since the Superman movies have been shown on Cable networks, so don't hesitate to spend the extra cash to get your own copy. You might find yourself being drawn to watch them more than once, and you might rediscover the magic of the original superheroes.
